Our dedicated and knowledgeable coaching staff have many years of experience in the sport and are required to submit a valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check. Coach & Athlete Development is supported by Lucas Hodgson, Head Coach Windsor Lancers Women's Volleyball, in coordination with the Technical Director.

Technical Director

The club is very proud to have Drew Foster back as Technical Director for the 3rd season. His primary focus and purpose is the design and execution of the club’s philosophy when it comes to Long-Term Athlete & Coach Development. He provides support to coaches with regular visits to practices and leads the Skill Development Program held on Wednesdays. Drew played Libero for the University of Windsor Lancers Men’s Volleyball team between 2007-2012. He is also now entering his 5th season as the Lead Assistant for the University of Windsor Lancers Women’s Volleyball team. We are very lucky to have Drew’s experience, passion, and technical knowledge as a resource for the club’s athletes and coaches once again this season.

As an ex-National Squad member, Maria still holds multiple records, such as 100 & 200 freestyle.

Mark has been a member of Oxygen Club for upwards of 17 years, where he has trained and competed.

Our member who competed during her time as a competitive swimmer, she has qualified for numerous finals.

COACH ASSISTENTSAM ROBERTS

As well as being passionate about swim coaching Samantha is a very busy as diving expert away from the pool.

SECOND COACHHANNA MELANSON

Hanna has been a coach at Oxygen Club since 2012. She is a former Schools Swimming Champion.

MANAGERDAVID DA COSTA

Outside of swimming David was a successful GAA Minor, winning 3 County Armagh Gaelic Championships.

CEOPETER FLAGG

Peter moved from Greece last year. He is a Sport Science graduate from the National University of Athens.
