Refund Policy
Bandit Team Refund & Cancellation Policy
South County does not offer any refunds for club volleyball athletes since the loss of an athlete cannot be easily replaced once all club athletes have committed to their teams. No refunds will be given once team practices begin other than in the following two (2) exceptions: a) If your child is asked to leave the Club for any reason other than a breach of the Athlete Code of Conduct. b) Your child sustains a season-ending injury during an OVA sanctioned activity. With respect to refund requests for any of the exceptions noted above, any portion of fees that have already been disbursed in support of products and/or services purchased on your child’s behalf during his/her time with South County will not be refunded. For exception (a) and (b), we will refund 100% of all remaining (refundable) fees from that date. Examples of some non-refundable expenditures are: OVA tournament registrations; uniforms and other approved team expenses.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Non-OVA Rep Programs
South County provides a full refund minus an administration fee if cancellation is requested more than 10 days prior to the start of the program. The administration fee is 3% of the program registration. No reimbursement if cancellation is less than 10 days prior to the start of the program or during the program unless accompanied by an official doctor’s note for injury. Reimbursement will be based on a pro-rated refund or credit amount if the participant becomes ill or is injured (with doctor’s certificate) and is unable to complete the program.
In circumstances where South County cancels a program a 100% reimbursement will apply. In the case where individual practices or program days are cancelled a make-up day will try to be scheduled. If a make-up program day cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated refund or credit will apply.
