Setting training that is designed for 12-15U Setters with the desire to play at the highest level. Focusing on technique, footwork, and consistency of all sets. This camp will be led by SC Bandits VP and High Performance Director Jeff Miller.

This camp will be led by National team Head Coach – Alex Nedin.

Bandits Summer school camp will feature 3 different topics in the 3 days:
Day 1 – Attacking
Day 2 – First Contact – serving and serve reception
Day 3 – Defence

First Contact Camp is not just for liberos and defensive specialists, but for any player who needs the extra work on their passing and serving skills. The camp will emphasize all aspects of serve receive and ball control, including serve receive techniques, receiving topspin/ float serves, overhand serve receive and more. Serving will be covered in detail and include focus on efficient toss, hand contact, speed of ball and placement.

First Contact Camp is not just for liberos and defensive specialists, but for any player who needs the extra work on their passing and serving skills. The camp will emphasize all aspects of serve receive and ball control, including serve receive techniques, receiving topspin/ float serves, overhand serve receive and more. Serving will be covered in detail and include focus on efficient toss, hand contact, speed of ball and placement.

Attacking camp will cover all of the aspects of becoming a dominant attacker at any level. You can expect to get A LOT of attacking reps no matter if you are an outside, middle or right side hitter. Campers will learn proper arm swing mechanics, footwork including 2 step, 3 step and 4 step approaches, angles while attacking and the many different shots available. Campers will not only begin to hit harder, but smarter!

Attacking camp will cover aspects of becoming a dominant attacker, regardless of the position. Outside hitters, opposites, and middles will receive many reps with technical cues and feedback from the coaches. Campers will learn arm swing mechanics, proper timing for in-system and out of system attacking, and how to attack different angles on the court. Campers will not only begin to hit harder, but smarter!

Attacking camp will cover aspects of becoming a dominant attacker, regardless of the position. Outside hitters, opposites, and middles will receive many reps with technical cues and feedback from the coaches. With an emphasis on tracking and angled passing, athletes will learn the key technical aspects of forearm passing float and spin servers. Defensively, athletes will learn how to read and react to different situations on the court and learn proper diving techniques.
